Can we bring our own telephony provider?
Yes. Bland offers multiple methods of telephony integration. Integrate bland with your existing Twilio account. Directly pay the telephony cost for call time, managing phone numbers, call storage, etc. With SIP integration, you can use your existing contact center provider or other telephony provider by opening a SIP trunk and directly integrating Bland. Pay the telephony cost through existing providers and a small per minute cost for supporting the SIP integration. Use Bland’s Twilio account and pay the proportionate pass-through cost for utilization.
